Minestrina Tricolore - Potato Soup with Carrots and Celery

This was a very nice potato soup, with tiny crunchy bits of carrot and celery. The recipe called for putting the cooked potatoes through a food mill, but I don't have one.  So I put it in the blender.  It came out like glue.  But the end product was fine.
