Zucchini and Basil Fritatta

Another fritatta, and this was another good one.  It seemed like an awful lot of zucchini when I cut it up, but it was fine.  Once again I struggled to get it out of the pan in one piece.  I really should be making it in a non-stick pan.  It doesn't matter how much butter it's floating in, it still sticks a bit.

Tonight I served the fritatta with some leftover pasta salad.
