Chicken Fricassee with Red Cabbage

Another fricassee, another grease explosion in the kitchen.  Actually, this time I used a cover for part of the time and a spatter guard later, so it wasn't too bad.  This was an interesting dish.  Very tasty. But the sauce was a bit dry, so I added some water near the end.  And finely shredding four cups of cabbage was ridiculously time consuming.  But worth it, because I got four meals out of it.
