Embogone - Cranberry Beans, Sage, and Rosemary Sauce
This is actually a pasta e fagioli. It had pancetta, which I was not familiar with. I'm not ready to attempt homemade pasta, so I bought and Italian-made box of farfalle. Again, it was a great success. This time I had a salad with a raspberry vinaigrette. Unfortunately, I have a new camera, which I have yet to master. So the photos I took of my first two meals didn't work out. I'm hoping I'll have it figured out by the next recipe.
